Quality
care and technology are used when we rebuild a Jaguar
engine.
Every
engine is completely stripped clean and all components are
inspected
before
work proceeds. The engine is one of the most important
parts of
the
care and needs to be done right the first time.
Over
the last several years, we have been doing more and more
upgrades
to
the older jaguars. As people have started driving them
for more than just shows,
then
have found out the cars are fun.
Some
of our focus have been preparing several E Types for the
JNCA
sanctioned slalom events. Joei Bassett's
coupe aka
"The Black Pogue"
finished
third overall in the lightweight modified class behind Gary
Hagopian,
first
place and Dick Whyte, second place. Chris Allen (#44)
and Dick Whyte
also
drive modified E Types in our "Black Pogue Racing
Group"
which
had visited Lime Rock and NHIS at Louden, NH.
We
offer braking, steering, suspension, 5 speed
conversions,
modified
engines, and our own exhaust systems. We work
closely with Bill Terry
on
the modified engines and use the JT 5 Speed from Medatronics
for
our
transmission conversions. All of our cars use our
Ultimate
Wilwood Brake System which is available for purchase
at our internet store.
